At Zenrox you can choose between standard delivery, express delivery, courier delivery or Standard Shipping.
Standard shipping is free of shipping costs from a net order value of 250,000 NGN or more. Delivery within Lagos usually takes 12 to 48 hours.
Express Shipping (within Lagos)
Express delivery can be selected under ” Shipping Options” when completing the order. An express surcharge will be charged for delivery by based on the size of the ordered item, Location of delivery and time of delivery.
Heavy and bulky furniture or appliances are delivered via a freight forwarding company. Delivery is made on a pallet or half-pallet “free kerbside”. For these items, the cost of delivery is determined individually: after placing your order, you will receive a non-binding offer from us specifying the shipping costs.
Regardless of whether it is a parcel or a freight good, please take a few moments to inspect the delivery for external damage upon receipt. Should you be uncertain whether the delivery is damaged or not, please only sign under “subject to approval. “
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can use this shipping confirmation for live tracking of the shipment (if this service is available for the country you are ordering from). Please note that initial parcel information is only available when the parcel has been scanned at the parcel service’s depot. Therefore, a few hours may pass between the confirmation email and the first entry.
Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?
Items available for delivery are usually shipped on the same day if you order before 1 pm. Orders received after 1 p.m. or on a weekend are processed during the night shift and handed over to the parcel service on the next working day. You can determine how long a parcel typically takes to arrive at your door by selecting the delivery country here. Goods in transit will be shipped as soon as we receive them. You will also receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that orders with the payment option “Advance Payment” will only be processed and shipped after receipt of payment.
Why is my order split?
We always try to ship an order in one package. We often ship large order quantities or items that are currently not in stock separately to ensure that deliverable items reach you as soon as possible. In any case, you will receive an individual tracking number for each parcel.
Where’s my order, I think it should have arrived by now?
Use the tracking function (if available in your country) to check whether your parcel has been left with a neighbour or deposited at a drop-off location. If this is not the case and the usual parcel delivery time to your delivery country has been exceeded by more than 3 days, please contact us via contact form, live chat in the online shop or telephone, stating your order number.
