CPX copper tube is designed for use in Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) installations and incorporates the specialist requirement of the MGPS industry to include cleanliness, packaging and usability required to attain the levels of quality as stated particularly in HTM 02-01.

Each pipe is individually end capped and bundled in sealed polythene bags to maintain cleanliness.
Chemical composition CU.DHP to ISO 1190-1/CW024A to EN1412.
All copper tube is manufactured under strict quality control procedures to ISO 9001: 2008 and CE marked under the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC (CE0086).
Batch numbering for traceability is included on all pipework.
Labelling on the copper tube will contain the following details: Date, Code of Manufacture, EN 13348, Tube Size, Manufacturer, Temper, British Standard Institute BSI Kitemarked, (CE0086).

The CPX automatic manifold provides accontious supply of gas from two banks of cylinders to the medical gas pipeline system by changing from the duty bank to the standby bank automatically when the duty bank has become depleted. The CPX automatic medical gas manifold plant is supplied as a packaged product ready for immediate installation, tested and prepared at the factory for the specific gas indicated

Each Fitting is individually bagged in clear protective polythene bags and sealed to maintain cleanliness.
All Fittings carry a label identifying the degreased specification and production batch number.
Cleanliness is guaranteed below 0.01 mg/cm? of hydrocarbons on the degreased surface of the Fitting.
All boxes include logical and concise labeling identification.
