Newborn / Pediatric CPAP Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation Support System. ASCO Bubble CPAP is a non-invasive ventilation strategy for newborns with infant respiratory distress syndrome (IRDS). It is one of the methods by which continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is delivered to a spontaneously breathing newborn to maintain lung volumes during expiration. With this method, blended and humidified oxygen is delivered via short binasal prongs or a nasal mask and pressure in the circuit is maintained by immersing the distal end of the expiratory tubing in water. The depth to which the tubing is immersed underwater determines the pressure generated in the airways of the infant.
Advantage of ASCO Bubble CPAP:
ASCO Bubble CPCA system is invasive mechanical ventilation, provides baby safety in term of Oxygen Concentration.
It effectively maintains the functional residual capacity (FRC).
It gives baby better wet gas which significantly reduces Chronic lung disease.
It has automatic water level adjustment mechanism to ensure constant CPAP pressure levels.
Water tank is removable without interruption CPAP.
Technical Specifications:
Ventilation mode( MODE) : CPAP (BUBBLE CPAP) mode.
The scope of application: Applicable to spontaneous breathing of the newborn, to provide CPAP support.
Flow regulation LPM : 0 LPM – 10 LPM (Varies in different Air-Oxygen blender).
Oxygen concentration % : 21% -100%
CPAP pressure: 300 P a – 1000 Pa (3 cm H0 – 10 cm H0).
Pressure warning: S o u n d alarm (Pneumatic alarm).
Indicator light: On indicates – The device is in operational mode
Working noise: Not more than 55dB
Gas input: Medical oxygen 0.3M Pa – 0.4M Pa
Power supply: AC 220V ± 22V, 50Hz ± 1Hz

Handheld Digital Auto-refractometer(AutoSight 900) is a portable vision screener for patients at any age. Its working principle is the refraction of light. Optical rays are focused on a sensor after passing through the eye’s refractive system. The spherical power, cylindrical power, and axis of both eyes can be obtained by digital signal processing.
Features of Handheld Digital Auto-refractometer:
Quick: Automatic and convenient. Press the button at the working distance (35cm/14in) and that’s it. The result will be automatically shown in 5 seconds.
Accurate: Objective measurement of diopter is obtained from optical signal. The result is not affected by various external factors.
Intelligent: Detects multiple eye problems in one measurement including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and anisometropia
